53: The Secret to A Joyful Life... That You Can Begin Today! | Bonus Episode
Updated: Feb 17, 2022
Happy New Year! It's 2022 and we’re kicking it off with a super personal solo episode you will absolutely love — and didn’t know you NEED! (Including how to not be the F*ck Boy of your own life. Stick with us, here…) Today, Zuri is giving you a big life update… from her home renovation to revealing what she’s learned about “how to love” and be in a relationship; the book that is changing her life BIG time, and confessing to a recent “relapse” she had — eek (hey, it happens)!
Z also shares her word of the year (and why living by it has already made her life twice as joyful!)... her super zen experience at the Golden Door resort and the major *AHA* moment it gave her (hint: it has to do with self-abandonment vs. self-love)... and why (and how) we need to do everything with INTENTION — especially so you can show up as your best self for you AND the people in your life.
THIS is the deeply personal, honest solo episode you NEED to hear as you take on 2022, babe!
Make sure you stay ‘til the end for our first Giveaway of 2022 -- a $100 Amazon Gift Card! It's super easy to win. Like... ridiculously easy.

The Hot Happy Mess Party Trick of the week:
3 Things to Remember as We Take on 2022
1. 2021 was a year full of growth and revelations. Make sure to show up for yourself after all you are your best and only advocate!
2. When you think about resolutions, consider: am I showing up for myself wholeheartedly? Will this make ME happy? Am I doing this for the right reasons?
3. Reconsider what self-care truly means and how it could be represented through your life today. Self-care is about being uncomfortable or maybe it is dealing with being misunderstood in order to stand by your OWN side.
All you have to do to enter to win a $100 Amazon gift card:
